摘　　要：创新是提高社会生产力和综合国力的战略支撑,创新是企业转变发展方式持续腾飞的动力之源。科技创新的源头在高校,高校要发挥好创新引擎作用。高校要发挥资源优势,推动唐山创新发展。Innovation is not only a strategic support for productivity and comprehensive national power but alse a driving power for entreprise transformation of development pattern. The paper discusses the countermeasures to realize Tangshan＇ s innovative development by giving full play to resource advantage of colleges and universities.
