摘　　要：葡聚糖结合蛋白是变形链球菌致龋的重要毒力因子。与变形链球菌的粘附、聚集、细胞壁生理功能、酶活性和形成生物膜并维持其结构稳定起重要作用。该文就变形链球菌4种葡聚糖结合蛋白研究现状,葡聚糖结合蛋白与生物膜、防龋疫苗的关系及当前存在的问题作一综述。Glucan-binding proteins （Gbps） are important virulence factors in the cariogenicity of streptococcus mutans （S.mutans）. Glucan-binding proteins play an important role in the adhesion and aggregation of S.mutans, and are involved in physiological function of cell wall and enzyme activity;they also have an effect on the biofilm formation and maintain the stability of biofilm architecture. The article reviewed current status of four glucan-binding proteins, their relationships with biofilm and anti-caries vaccine, and existing problems.
