转型发展和卓越工程师计划双重背景下的金工实训教学改革

摘　　要：金工实训是工科院校实践教学的重要环节.基于地方院校向"应用技术型大学"转型的发展需求和"卓越工程师教育培养计划"人才培养目标要求,针对现有金工实训实践教学中存在的实训内容陈旧、教学手段单一、实训设备简陋、管理模式落后和高水平师资匮乏等问题,从管理模式改进、教学内容调整、立体式评价体系确立及"双师型"教师队伍建设等方面,探讨分析了新形势下地方本科院校金工实训课程教学改革的措施与成效,以期提升工程人才的综合素质与实践能力.Metalworking practice is an important part of practical teaching of engineering universities. Based on the requirements of transformation development for local colleges to ＂Applied Technology Universities＂ and ＂Excellent Engi- neer Education and Training Program＂, the problems of metalworking practice were investigated in detail, including old training content, unvaried teaching method, simple training equipment, backward management mode and deficient high- level faculty. In terms of the management mode improvement, teaching content adjustment, three-dimensional evaluation system establishment and ＂double-professionally-titled＂ teachers team construction, the measures and achievement of teaching reform for metalworking practice of local colleges and universities at present were discussed and analyzed. This exploration has valuable significance for improving comprehensive qualities and practical abilities of engineering students.
