医用棉签消毒装置的设计与研究

摘　　要：研制了一种用于酒精棉签消毒的新装置,该装置可以将棉签浸渍医用消毒液后将棉签传出,操作者通过按压按钮完成棉签的浸渍、传出动作,介绍了装置的工作原理并对其关键部件滴液浸渍机构的设计依据进行了阐述和理论分析.该装置改变以往医护人员使用消毒棉签的工作流程,安全高效,适用在医疗场所的推广.Developed a new device for alcohol swabs disinfection,the device can swab dipping after medical disinfectant cotton swabs,the operator by press the button can be pressed to complete the swab dipping,coming out of action,this paper introduces the working principle of the device and its key components drops of liquid impregnation mechanism design basis are expounded and the theoretical analysis. The unit change in the past the working process of the medical staff to use disinfection swab,safe and efficient,applicable in health facilities.
