摘  要:目的研究原发性肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)中CAIX的表达及其与微血管密度(MVD)、临床病理特征之间的关系。方法采用组织芯片和免疫组化方法检测HCC和癌旁组织中CAIX和CD34表达。结果共收集41例HCC、36例癌旁组织,其中37例HCC和27例癌旁组织有病例资料。CAIX的表达在HCC和癌旁组织间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但HCC组织中CAIX包膜阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,而CAIX胞浆阳性表达率低于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HCC组织MVD明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。CAIX阳性的HCC和癌旁组织中MVD均高于CAIX阴性患者,但只有癌旁组织中CAIX阳性组和阴性组间MVD差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CAIX的包膜表达是HCC的特异特征;CAIX高表达HCC患者,血管再生活跃;CAIX可作为HCC治疗的潜在靶点。Objective To explore the expression of CAIX protein in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)and the rela- tionship of its expression with microvessel density(MVD) and clinic-pathological characteristics. Methods Immunohis- tochemistry was used to detect the expressions of CAIX and CD34 in tissue array of HCC. Results Forty-one HCC (37 cases with clinic-pathological data) and corresponding 36 para-cancerous tissue (27 cases with clinic-pathological data) were collected. No difference was detected for CAIX expression between HCC tissue para-cancerous tissue(P 〉0.05). MVD( calculated by CD34 expression) in HCC tissue was higher than that in para-cancerous tissue(P 〈 0.05). MVDs of patients with positive CAIX expression both in HCC tissue and para-cancerous tissue were higher than those with CAIX negative patients, but difference was only found in para-cancerous tissue(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion HCC is characteris- tic for cellular membrane expression for CAIX protein. HCC patients with higher CAIX protein expression are accompa- nied with up-regulated microvessel regeneration.
