摘　　要：感染后功能性消化不良(post-infectious functional dyspepsia,PI-FD)是功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)的特殊亚型,其发病机制尚不清楚,可能主要与胃十二指肠免疫异常有关。PI-FD患者可能从阻断或调节胃十二指肠异常免疫反应的治疗中获益。Post-infectious functional dyspepsia （PI-FD） is a special subtype of functional dyspepsia （FD）, the path- ogenesis is not fully understood, it may be related to the abnormal immune response in the stomach and duodenum. The PI-FD patients may benefit from the treatment of the blocking or regulating the abnormal immune response in the stomach and duodenum.
