摘　　要：随着远程医疗相关法规不断完善,远程医疗技术的突破,远程会诊逐渐在我国医疗机构中普及,对优质医疗资源下沉、提高卫生服务可及性具有推动作用。本研究分析了北京肿瘤专科医院2015年度远程会诊病例的分布特点及会诊效率的影响因素,为今后远程会诊相关政策的制定提供参考。China has implemented a series of regulations on Second Medical Opinion with the breakthrough of technology. More and more health institutes are using Second Medical Opinion which could improve the accessibility of qualified health serves. This study analyzes the distribution and efficiency of Second Medical Opinion cases in a Beijing cancer hospital and gives some references for the policy makers.
