摘　　要：基础医学研究生是学术学位研究生,以教学和科研为主的研究生,在校期间主要的学习任务是进行科学研究,因此控制基础医学研究生的学术不端行为显得尤为重要。加强基础医学研究生的过程性管理与评价,对学术不端行为的控制起到重要作用,针对研究生培养的特点,通过严谨的阶段性考核和过程性评价,有利于发现小问题,杜绝大问题,有利于营造一个风清气正的科研氛围和真诚有信的学术环境。Working on scientific researches is one of the main tasks for postgraduate students in basic medicine. So it is very important to preclude graduate students＇academic misconducts, which is implemented through strengthening process management and evaluation of postgraduates. Setting up strict evaluation criteria of the process management, according to the characteristics of postgraduate education, can be more advantageous in discovering small problems, avoiding big problems, and building good scientific research environment.
