远程教育背景下法律通识教育课程改革研究——以《实用法律基础》为例

摘　　要：法律通识教育是非法学专业学生通识教育的重要组成部分。远程教育背景下法律通识教育必须坚持终身教育的理念,综合考虑课程的特点、学生的特点和远程教育的特点,改革传统模式的法律通识教育,重点从课程设置、学习资源建设、学习支持服务、教师队伍建设等四个方面着手,以实现法律通识教育的教学目标。Legal liberal education is an important part of the other majors＇ liberal education. Under the background of the distance education, legal liberal education must adhere to the concept of lifelong education, and consider the characteristics of the courses, the students and the distance education. In order to realize the goal of legal liberal education, we should reform the traditional mode, from the curriculum, the construction of learning resources, the services of learning support, the construction of teachers＇ team and so on.
