摘　　要：繁琐的聘任考核,教师和学生的学术自由意识淡薄,法律保障体系不健全等是影响我国大学学术自由的主要因素。以美国大学教授协会的改革经验为鉴,实行教授终身聘任制,提高广大师生的学术自由意识,组建高效的学术团体,能够促进我国大学学术自由的不断发展和学术自由制度的不断完善。The academic freedom in Chinese university is affected by trivial employment assessment,deficient consciousness academic freedom among teachers and students,the unsound law protection system. In light of reform experience of the American Association of University Professors,it will be helpful to improve academic freedom and institutions in China by implementing tenure system,promoting consciousness of academic freedom among teachers and students and establishing efficient academic society.
