摘　　要：朱子理学的核心内涵是内圣外王。在社会实践中,朱子大力推进改革,创造具体实践方法,为内圣外王目标探索实现路径,呈现锐意改革与创新的特质,具有十分重要的精神价值。在现实意义方面,朱子以"存天理,灭人欲"来约束制度设计者,又用"理一分殊"指导具体社会实践,为现代社会顶层设计提供了指南针。＂Being sage inside and kingly outside＂ is the core of Zhu Xi＇s Thought. In social practice, he vigorously promoted reform and innovation, practicing specific methods to explore the approach to the goal of being sage inside and kingly outside, which is of great spiritual value. In terms of practical significance, he made use of ethical ideology of ＂understanding heavenly reason, eliminating earthly desire＂ to restrict the institution makers, and ＂universality and particularity＂ to guide social practice, providing valuable reference for the top-level design of Chinese society.
