摘　　要：首先阐述当前信息系统存在的问题,然后提出解决信息系统风险性的管理措施,从而提升国家的综合竞争力,实现发展信息化,使信息化成为发展的中坚力量。This paper expatiates the problems of information system,and puts forward the information system risk management measures,so as to improve the country＇s comprehensive competitiveness,realize the development of information technology,which becomes the backbone of the development of informatization.
