摘　　要：吞咽困难是脑卒中后的常见症状,其发生率较高,若不及时进行评定和治疗,将严重影响患者的功能恢复,甚至威胁到患者的生存。吞咽造影检查是目前评估和诊断吞咽障碍的首选和理想方法,可以有效地评定脑卒中损伤的位置与吞咽困难的关系。Of dysphagia after stroke is a common symptom, its incidence is higher, if not for evaluation and treatment in time, will seriously affect the functional recovery of patients, and even threaten the survival of patients.Swallowing imaging examination is the assessment and diagnostic method of choice for swallowing disorder and ideal, can effectively assess the injury cerebral apoplexy＇s relationship with swallowing disorder.
