摘 要:德国当代实践哲学代表人物路德维希·西普以对个体与组织间关系的考察为切入点,力图完成对传统承认理论的历史学—人类学改造。通过这一改造,西普使承认理论摆脱了意识哲学的桎梏,并将"承认"展示为由尊重、非歧视、宽容、团结、友谊五个环节构成的整体。西普强调,个体的自由权利不能受到任何形式的压制,个体优先于组织;对个体自由优先性有强、弱两种辩护。尽管在当下多元文化语境中,弱意义上的辩护为多数人赞同,但西普依然认为个体对自身完整性的诉求作为一种强意义上的理由,应当为任何文化组织接受。Ludwig Siep,the representative of contemporary German practice philosophy,selects the relationship between individual and organization as the starting point,trying to complete the transformation of the traditional recognition theory of history- anthropology. Through this transformation,the recognition theory has got rid of the shackles of the philosophy of consciousness,and shown itself as the integration of respect,nondiscrimination,tolerance,unification and friendship. According to Siep,the individual freedom should not be oppressed by any form,and individual is prior to organization,whereas,the priority of individual freedom has strong and weak defenses. Although in the current multicultural context,the defense of the weak sense gets most people's approval,Siep still believes,the integrity demands of individuals as a reason of strong sense defense must be accepted by any cultural organization.
