摘　　要：清末立宪布局宏大,雄心勃勃。在主持改革与力挺宪政的政治群体中,趋新少壮亲贵思想开明,行为激进,敢于任事,招贤纳士,优容革命党人。他们急功近利、贪大求洋,试图在几年内完成"强盛国家"大业,而在国势衰微、焦虑失衡、人心瓦解、缺乏强人的时代,却是一步险棋。民族民主思潮及现代性思想感染着少壮亲贵,尽管其立场、目的与进步青年根本不同,但他们容易接受新事物、新思想,在困境中容易焦虑、浮躁,不免急进。他们所思所想突破了旧体制和专制的惯常思维,反映了一定的现代性追求。然总起来看,他们张之"公义",标榜无私,私底下却私欲横流,把时代进步与极端利己主义纠缠在一起。少壮亲贵与生俱来的弱点及政治上的不成熟,导致最终满盘皆输。In the late Qing dynasty the constitutionalism movement had grand and ambitious design. Among those political groups who were in favor of reforming and constitutionalism, there were many young imperial relatives who were fond of new things, having an open mindset and radical behavior and daring to take challenges. They enrolled competent people and even worked with revolutionary parties. They wanted the movement to he carried out as quickly as possible,and dreamed to build a powerful country in only several years. But this is a very risky step considering the collapsing country, anxious whole nation people and an absence of great figures. There is no doubt that at the beginning of 20th century, though their intention and position were totally different with those progressive youth, the democratic trend and modernity thinking have an influence on these young imperial people, but their eyesight is only limited to the direct feeling of what a powerful modern country is. Of the same age with students abroad, they had lots of commonality-being eager to embrace new things and new thinking, getting anxious easily in difficulty, anxiety leading to fickleness and fickleness leading to radical actions. Their thinking, a mirror of their pursue of modernity, has broken through the old political hedge which is arbitrary and conventional. While advocating righteousness in public they always sneaked for their own benefit. These weakness at the core of them and their political immaturity leads to a total defeat ultimately.
