摘　　要：目的 :探讨SATB1(special AT rich sequence-binding protein-1)、survivin和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在卵巢上皮癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法 :应用免疫组织化学法检测正常卵巢、卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤和卵巢上皮癌组织中SATB1、survivin和VEGF的表达,并分析SATB1、survivin和VEGF的表达与卵巢上皮癌患者临床病理特征及预后之间的关系。结果 :卵巢上皮癌组织中SATB1、survivin和VEGF的阳性表达率均显著高于卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤和正常卵巢组织(P值均<0.05)。SATB1的表达与卵巢上皮癌患者有无淋巴结转移和有无腹腔积液有关(P值均<0.05)。SATB1、survivin和VEGF阳性表达患者的中位生存时间短于阴性表达患者(P值均<0.05)。SATB1、survivin、VEGF及国际妇产科联盟(International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics,FIGO)分期是卵巢上皮癌患者预后的独立影响因子(P值均<0.01)。结论 :卵巢上皮癌组织中SATB1、survivin和VEGF的阳性表达率较高,且SATB1的表达与患者有无淋巴结转移和有无腹腔积液有关,SATB1、survivin和VEGF阳性表达的卵巢上皮癌患者的预后较差。Objective：To investigate the expressions of special AT rich sequencebinding protein-1（SATB1）,survivin and vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues and to analyze their clinical significance.Methods：The expressions of SATB1,survivin and VEGF in normal ovarian,ovarian serous cystadenoma and ovarian epithelial cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.The relationships of the expressions of SATB1,survivin and VEGF with the clinical and pathological characteristics and the prognosis of patients with ovarian epithelial cancer were analyzed.Results：The positive expression rates of SATB1,survivin and VECF in ovarian epithelial cancer tissues were higher than those in ovarian serous cystadenoma and normal ovarian tissues（all P〈0.05）.The expression of SATB1 was correlated with lymph node metastasis and ascites（both P〈0.05）.The median survival time of patients with positive expressions of SATB1,survivin and VECF was shorter than that of the patients with negative expressions（all P〈0.05）.SATB1,survivin,VEGF and International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics（FIGO）stage were independent prognostic factors of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer（all P 〈0.01）.Conclusion：The positive expression rates of SATB1,survivin and VEGF in ovarian epithelial cancer tissues are higher.The expression of SATB1 is related to lymph node metastasis and ascites.The prognosis of SATB1,survivin and VEGF positive expression of patients with ovarian epithelial cancer is poor.
