摘  要:提高高校信息化建设绩效是高等教育现代化的客观要求,是高校深化教育改革、培养创新性人才和提升管理水平与服务能力的现实需要。本文试图以"用户观"的视角,基于高校学生期望-满意测评模型方法,通过学生用户对高校信息系统的使用期望效果与实际性能之间的关联分析,在微观层次上揭示高校校园的信息化效果特征。研究结果表明,学生用户在高校信息系统的硬件应用、软件应用、系统稳定、系统更新与再开发状况、系统维护状况、系统管理者、各系统之间的融合等方面的实际体验感受和期望之间存在不同的差距。通过进一步分析高校教育管理信息化建设过程中所存在的问题,并提出针对性地意见和建议,研究结果可为我国高校信息化建设研究和实践提供指导和借鉴。Improving the performance of information construction in Colleges and universities is the objective requirement of higher education modernization, and it is the realistic need of deepening education reform, training innovative talents and improv- ing management level and service abihty. This paper attempted to analyze the relationship between College Students' expectation and satisfaction evaluation model based on the "user view", and revealed the effect of the information system of the University on the micro level. The research results showed that the students in the university information system's hardware applications, soft- ware applications, system stability, system update and RE development status, system maintenance, system management, the integration between the various systems and other aspects of the actual experience and expectations exist between different. Through the further 'analysis of the problems in the process of the construction of educational management in Colleges and universities, and put forward some suggestions and suggestions, the research results could provide guidance and reference for the research and prac- tice of information construction in Colleges and universities.
