摘  要:选择鱼粉、肉骨粉、血粉及中华鳖配合饲料4种饲料产品为研究对象,分别采用水溶液和0.1,0.6,1.2 mol/L的高氯酸溶液进行提取,并采用凯氏定氮法测定样品提取液中挥发性盐基氮(TVB-N)的含量,根据不同提取方法和蒸馏条件对测定结果的影响,对不同提取方法的关键参数进行优化。同时选择不同动物性饲料原料及其不同配比的配合饲料为研究对象,确定该测定方法的适用范围。结果表明,以0.6 mol/L高氯酸溶液为提取液,低温振荡提取30 min后测定4种饲料产品中TVB-N的含量,样品加标回收率及变异系数均符合GB/T 27404—2008《实验室质量控制规范食品理化检测规程》规定的技术要求,且该方法所得结果与GB/T 5009.44—2003蒸馏法相比差异不显著,操作简便、快速。Four feeding products such as fishmeal, meat and bone meal, blood meas and formula feed for soft- shelled turtle were pretreated by different concentrationg perchloric acid(HCl O4)solutions to extract the total volatile basic nitrogen(TVB- N), which was determined by distillation. According to different extraction methods and the different distillation conditions for the influence of the determination results, this paper optimized the key parameters of extracting method. At the same time, choosing different animal feeds and its feeding products as study objects, the suitable range of the determination method was determined. The results showed that the rescovery and CV value conformed to the technical requirements in GB/T 27404- 2008 "Criterion on quality control of laboratories- chemical test of food", by determinating the TVB- N in four kinds of feed products after the samples were shocked for 30 min in 0.6 mol/L HCl O4 solution and low temperature environment. The result of this method had no significant difference compared with the distillation in GB/T 5009.44- 2003, and the operation was easy and took shorter time.
