环形球结膜切除联合羊膜移植治疗恶性蚕蚀性角膜溃疡的有效性与安全性研究

摘　　要：目的分析环形球结膜切除联合羊膜移植治疗恶性蚕蚀性角膜溃疡的有效性与安全性。方法选取自2013年6月至2014年12月收治的28例恶性蚕蚀性角膜溃疡患者为观察对象，所有患者均给予环形球结膜切除联合羊膜移植治疗，术后随访5个月一1年，分析术后临床症状、视力恢复情况。结果所有患者术后均行一次羊膜移植术；与术前比较，临床症状均得到有效缓解，视力均得到不同程度的提高。结论恶性蚕蚀性角膜溃疡患者采用环形球结膜切除联合羊膜移植治疗具有较高的安全性及可行性，在一定程度上可改善患者视力。具有临床推广应用价值。Objective The safety and effectiveness of objective analysis of annular conjunctival excision combined with amniotic membrane transplantation for treatment of malignant Mooren＇s ulcer. Methods from June 2013 to December 2014 were 28 cases of malignant Mooren＇s ulcer patients, all patients were given annular eonjunctival resection combined with amniotic membrane transplantation, postoperative follow-up of 5 -1 months, clinical symptoms of postoperative visual acuity. Results After surgery, all patients underwent an amniotic .membrane transplantation; compared with the preoperative clinical symptoms were effectively relieved, visual acuity was improved in different degrees. Conclusions The incidence of malignant Mooren＇s ulcer patients with annular conjunctival excision combined with amniotie membrane transplantation has a high safety and feasibility, to a certain extent, can improve the visual acuity of patients with the clinical application value.
