摘　　要：特区建设在教育教学改革中发挥了积极的作用,促使了高等教育的飞速发展。但高等教育的特区建设目前还缺乏深入系统的研究,对学术特区与高校发展关系进行梳理与分析,以便进一步明确特区建设的目的与适用性,更好地做好学校特区建设的制度建设,为高校做好特区建设的顶层设计,科学布局提供理论参考。The construction of special education zone has played a positive role in the education reform,promoting the rapid development of higher education.However,there is still a lack of systematic research on the construction of special education zone.In order to further clarify the purpose and applicability of the special educational zone and to better its institutional construction,analysis of relationship between the academic special zone and development of higher educa-tion institutions is of great importance.Moreover,it will also provide the theoretical reference for top -level design and scientific layout for the construction of special education zone.
