摘  要:通过对不同生育期的芦苇营养成分进行测定,并对其中3个生育期的芦苇进行直接青贮,探讨芦苇的营养特性及可青贮性。结果表明:抽穗期芦苇营养价值最佳,不同生育期芦苇的缓冲能值均较大,均在970 ME/kg以上。芦苇鲜样中可溶性碳水化合物含量较高,均在1.75%以上。不同生育期青贮芦苇的pH值分别为4.62、4.47和4.65。不同生育期青贮芦苇的营养成分在青贮前后均没有显著变化。不同生育期青贮芦苇的感官评定分别为17、17和16,均为1级优良。青贮芦苇中氨态氮占总氮的比例均在7.36%以下,得分分别为48、46和44分。不同生育期青贮芦苇的发酵品质分别为22、23和30分。青贮质量综合得分分别为59、57.5和61分,为尚可等级以上。综合而言,芦苇具有制作青贮饲料的潜力。The nutritive component of phragmites australis in different growth period was measured,and phragmites australis in three periods was directly ensiled.The results showed that the nutritional value of phragmites australis in heading period was best.The BC(Buffering Capacity)of fresh phragmites australis in each period was higher than 970 ME/Kg.WSC(soluble carbohydrate)content in fresh phragmites australis was higher than 1.75%.The pH values of silage phragmites australis in different growth periods were 4.62,4.47 and 4.65,respectively.The nutrient components of the silage in each period had no significant change before and after ensiling.The sensory evaluation of silage phragmites australis in each growth period was 17,17,and 16.The sensory evaluation of the three periods was excellent.The AN/TN(proportion of Ammonia Nitrogen to Total Nitrogen)in silage was lower than 7.36%,scores were 48,46 and 44points respectively.The fermentation quality of silage was 22,23 and 30points.The score of comprehensive silage quality were 59,57.5and 61points;these grades are in the passable level.It suggests that phragmites australis has the potential to ensile.
