摘　　要：目的分析骨孤立性浆细胞瘤(SPB)的影像学表现,提高对其认识和诊断水平。方法回顾性分析15例经手术和病理证实的SPB患者的影像学征象。结果肿瘤位于脊柱7例,长骨2例,扁骨5例,斜坡1例。X线及CT上15例均表现为单发膨胀性、溶骨性骨质破坏,边界清楚,未见骨膜反应。10例形成软组织肿块,5例破坏区见软组织充填,1例发生病理性骨折,9例破坏区可见残存骨嵴。MRI信号表现不一,增强扫描呈明显均匀强化。结论 SPB的影像表现具有一定的特征性,仔细分析其影像学征象可提高诊断的准确性。Objective To improve the recognize and diagnosis of the imaging features ofsolitary plasmacytoma of bone（ SPB） and. Methods maging signs in 15 patients operationally-and pathologically-proved SPB were analyzed retrospectively. Results The lesions located in axial skeleton in 7 cases,2 cases in long bones,5 cases in flat bones,and1 case in clivus. 15 cases of SPB appeared as single,well-demarcated expansile osteolytic lesions,without periosteal reaction. 10 showedsoft tissue mass,5 showed soft tissue filling the invasion osteolysis,1showed pathological fractures,9presented with residual bone trabecula. The tumour showed inhomogeneous MR signal,which obviously homogenous enhancement. Conclusion SPB has certain characteristic imaging manifestations,which have significance in diagnosis.
