地方高等工程教育学科专业设置与调整的对策研究

摘　　要：地方高等工程教育学科专业结构的优化对推动区域经济社会的发展具有非常重要的意义,如何主动适应区域产业经济的发展,建立科学合理的工程教育学科专业体系,推动区域经济社会发展,逐步形成与区域协同发展的新常态,已成为地方高等工程教育改革与发展的方向。本文根据目前地方高等工程教育发展的现状以及面临的机遇与挑战,分析了地方高等工程教育办学的基本定位,提出了建立学科专业与产业对接机制、课程主动适应性机制和工程教育认证机制等设置和调整地方高等工程教育学科专业的有效对策。The optimization of the discipline specialty structure of local higher engineering education is very important to promote the development of regional economy and society. How to adapt to the development of regional industrial economy, establish a scientific and rational system of discipline specialty of engineering education, promote the development of regional economy and society, gradually form a new normal of coordinated development between local universities and regional economy, has become the direction of reform and development of local higher engineering education. According to the present situation of the development of local higher engineering education, opportunities and challenges, through analysis of the basic orientation of the local higher engineering education, this paper puts forward effective countermeasures for the discipline specialty setting and adjustment of local higher engineering education, including the docking mechanism of discipline specialty and industrial, mechanism of active adaptability of curriculum and engineering education certification mechanism.
