摘  要:针对一般工业过程的纯迟延、大惯性、变模型的特点,设计了基于函数拟合的自适应内模控制系统。该控制系统对变工况具有较好的自适应能力且易实现。对某炉内脱硫系统的典型工况进行模型辨识及控制仿真举例,结果表明,该控制方案,无超调,过渡时间短,动态性能好,控制效果优于PID控制及内模控制。Considered that the general industrial process object has the properties of large inertia, large time delay, time-varying model parameters, an adaptive internal mode control system based on the function fitting is presented. The scheme is easy to be realized and has excellent adaptability to operating regime variety. The step response results, under three typical operating regimes of a desulfurization system which is establish by the model identification, show that, the control quality of this control system is apparently superior to the PID control system and internal mode control system, with short transition time, no overshoot and good dynamic performance.
