摘　　要：文章分析了区域性高校图书馆联盟信息资源共建现状,从系统论的视角阐述了区域性高校图书馆联盟需要突破传统理念,提出了在有条件的联盟内实行以经济杠杆加行政领导职能的双合力调控模式,并从层次级别、特色馆藏、读者需求等方面,讨论如何通过各成员馆的协同作用进行信息资源的高效优化配置。This paper analyzes the current situation of information resources co-construction of regional academic library consortium, states that regional academic library consortium need break the traditional idea based on system theory, puts forward that a double - force control mode of economic lever and administration leadership can be carried out and discusses how to effectively allocate the infor- mation resources by means of the cooperation of each member library in the fields of hierarchy level, characteristic collection and read- ers demand, etc. 7 refs.
