摘  要:目的探讨电脑模拟人与慕课教学模式相结合在留学生诊断学教学中的应用效果。方法选取我校2012级临床医学专业50名留学生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用LBL教学方法(以教师为主体、以讲授为中心)和PBL教学方法(以问题为导向、以学生为主体),研究组在上述基础上增加电脑模拟人和慕课教学模式。课后比较两组测试成绩,并对教学效果进行问卷调查。结果实验组测试成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。调查问卷结果显示,实验组学生普遍表示LBL、PBL及慕课教学联合电脑模拟人教学的综合应用提高了学习兴趣及探索创新能力,加深了对知识点的理解,拓展了知识面,提高了文献查阅能力和临床综合运用能力。结论电脑模拟人联合慕课教学模式提高了留学生的临床思维能力和临床技能与操作水平,在留学生诊断学中的教学效果优于传统教学模式。Objective To investigate the teaching effect of computer simulated human combined with MOOC in Diagnostics teaching of foreign students.Methods 50 foreign students of clinical medicine from Xi'an Jiaotong University were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group.The control group adopted lecture based learning(LBL) and problem based learning(PBL),and the experimental group,on the basis of LBL and PBL,adopteed computer simulated human and MOOC additionally.The test scores were compared between the two groups.Survey was conducted about teaching effect in all the classmates.Results The test scores and teaching effect of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Computer simulated human combined with MOOC could improve foreign students' clinical skills and diagnostic capabilities.It is necessary to combine computer simulated human and MOOC in Diagnostics teaching of foreign students.
