超声乳化白内障吸除联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨超声乳化白内障吸除联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障的疗效。方法将78例青光眼合并白内障患者随机分组,治疗组(n=39)应用超声乳化白内障吸除联合小梁切除术,对照组(n=39)单纯行小梁切除术治疗,对比两组疗效。结果治疗组治疗后视力高于对照组(P<0.05),而眼压低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化白内障吸除联合小梁切除术用于青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效确切。Objective To investigate the curative effect of phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of glaucoma with cataract.Methods 78 cases of glaucoma with cataract were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group（n=39） was treated with ultrasonic cataract emulsification ceiling combined with trabecula resection,control group（n=39） was treated with trabeculectomy,to compare the curative effect between two groups.Results After treatment,visual acuity of treatment group was better than control group（P〈0.05） and intraocular pressure was lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with trabecula in the treatment of glaucoma with cataract has clinically curative effects.
