基于创新视角下内蒙古现代服务业发展模式研究

摘　　要：这十年间,在国内经济高速发展的环境下,内蒙古的GDP一直保持了两位数的增长速度,经济发展处于领先地位,地区的产业结构日趋合理,服务产业发展迅速。但是,2008年金融危机以后,由于世界经济发展方式的改变,以资源、能源为经济主导的内蒙古,在国家节能减排、优化产业结构和转变经济发展方式的大背景下,面临着经济下滑与产业转型的双重压力。因此,通过发展投资小,利润高的金融保险、信息咨询和物流运输等的现代服务业,可以提高服务业的规模化生产能力,增加就业机会,带动地区经济的整体发展。而在现代服务业的发展过程中,创新模式是需要不断探讨的,它不仅可以扩大服务业的规模,还可以为企业带来持续的发展动力。本文通过研究在内蒙古地区通过运用服务业创新手段,建立地区特色的创新模式,进一步推动现代服务业的发展,促进地区的经济发展和升级。In this decade,under the environment of the rapid development of economy in China,GDP of Inner Mongolia has kept a double- digit growth. The economic development is in the lead,the regional industrial structure is increasingly reasonable and service industry develops fast. While after the financial crisis in 2008,the developing ways of the world economy changing,Inner Mongolia,with the resource,energy as the dominating economy,is facing double pressure of economic downturn and industry transformation under the background of energy- saving emission reduction,optimizing industry structure and transforming economic developing mode in China. Therefore,the development of small investment,high profit of finance insurance,information consultation and logistics transportation of modern service industry,can result in improving the large- scale production capacity of service,increasing employment opportunities,and promoting the overall growth of regional economy. In the process of modern service industry,the innovation model,which needs constant exploration,cannot only expand the scope of service,but bring a sustained development power for the enterprises. The paper is a study on the establishment of the innovation model with the regional characteristics through the application of innovate service means to further promote the development of modern service industry and the regional economic development and upgrade.
