口腔念珠菌感染应用西帕依固龈液治疗的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究口腔念珠菌感染患者应用西帕依固龈液联合西吡氯铵的治疗效果,提高口腔念珠菌感染患者的疗效。方法选取2014年3月-2014年12月在武警总医院接受治疗的口腔念珠菌感染患者40例;随机分为西吡氯铵组和联合组,每组各20例,西吡氯铵组患者给予西吡氯铵治疗,联合组患者加用西帕依固龈液治疗,比较两组患者的疗效、菌落、不良反应等。结果治疗后联合组患者的口腔疼痛评分、黏膜萎缩评分和黏膜红斑评分均低于西吡氯铵组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后联合组患者的血糖水平、HAMD评分和HAMA评分低于西吡氯铵组,胰岛素高于西吡氯铵组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后联合组患者的菌落数和镜检阳性率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组患者发生口腔黏膜充血1例、喉头刺激症状1例;西吡氯铵组发生喉头刺激症状2例,差异无统计学意义。结论西帕依固龈液联合西吡氯铵能够有效治疗口腔念珠菌感染,安全有效。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of Xipayi mouth rinse combined with cetylpyridinium chloride on treatment of patients with oral Candidainfection so as to improve the curative effect of the patients with oral Candidainfection.METHODS A total of 40 patients with oral Candidainfection who were treated in Armed Police General Hospital from Mar 2014 to Dec 2014 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the cetylpyridinium chloride group and the combination group,with 20 cases in each group.The cetylpyridinium chloride group was treated with cetylpyridinium chloride,while the combination group was given cetylpyridinium chloride combined with Xipayi mouth rinse.The clinical effects,bacterial colony counts,and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups of patients.RESULTS After the treatment,the oral pain score,mucosal atrophy score,and mucosal erythema score were significantly lower in the combination group than in the cetylpyridinium chloride group（P〈0.05）.The blood glucose level,HAMD score,and HAMA score were significantly lower in the combination group than in the cetylpyridinium chloride group after the treatment（P〈0.05）.In the combination group,1case had oral mucosal hyperemia,and 1case had throat irritation symptoms;2cases had throat irritation symptoms in the cetylpyridinium chloride group,and there was no significant difference.CONCLUSION Xipayi mouth rinse combined with cetylpyridinium chloride is effective in treatment of oral Candida infection,with the safety high.
