摘　　要：SIRT6是Sirtuin家族的组成部分,是烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD+)依赖的组蛋白去乙酰化酶。SIRT6是肝脏葡萄稳态主调节者,通过对胰岛素/IGF1样信号(IIS)途径的影响,基于多个网络调控机制,实现对葡萄糖代谢的影响,对人体生命维系和控制肿瘤产生作用。本文笔者以SIRT6为出发点,分析其在原发性肝癌中的表达变化与抑瘤机制。SIRT6 is part of the sirtuin family,nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide（NAD ＋）-dependent histone to acetylase.SIRT6 is grape homeostasis in liver as the main controller,through the effect of insulin-like /IGF1 signal（IIS） pathway,based on multiple network regulation mechanism to achieve effects on glucose metabolism,to human life and maintain and control tumor effect. In this paper,the author will SIRT6 as a starting point,analysis the in primary hepatocellular carcinoma and the expression changes of and mechanism of inhibiting tumor.
