“互联网+”背景下文艺生产方式变革与当代国际文化贸易发展

摘　　要：作为一种特殊的生产方式,文艺生产方式历经变迁,在资本主义生产方式下达到历史新水平。而在互联网时代,文艺生产方式处于变革的新环境和新高度,文艺实践矛盾获得化解的新路径,文艺活动时空呈现拓展的新境界。"互联网+"则对当今世界文化贸易格局变化、国际文化贸易模式的变革、国际文化贸易结构和利益产生重大影响,对国际文化贸易所涉文化安全与贸易监管提出挑战。未来推进我国国际文化贸易,要抓住契机,推动世界文化贸易格局朝我有利的方向发展;夯实基础,促进我国国际文化贸易结构优化及均衡发展;重视安全,提升我国文化贸易监管能力和国际竞争力;顺应规律,推动我国国际文化贸易利益群体和人才队伍的壮大。As a special one, mode of production of literature and art has experienced many changes and achieved a historical new standard. In the era of internet, it is in the new environment of change and reaches a new height. Literature and art practice contradiction has been resolved in a new path and time and space for the practice has been developed to a new frontier. Internet plus has exerted great influences on world cultural trade setup changes, international cultural trade pattern changes, and its structure and interests. Meanwhile, internet plus challenges cultural security and trade regulation associated with international cultural trade. To promote China＇s international cultural trade in the future, we should seize opportunity and promote the good changes of the world cuhural trade setup towards us; consolidate the basis and push the structure optimization of international cultural trade and its balanced development; attach great importance to the security and improve the supervisory ability of the cultural trade in our country and its international competitiveness; comply with the law and strengthen the international cultural trade interest groups and talents.
