葡甘露聚糖对饲喂黄曲霉毒素B1日粮AA肉仔鸡生长性能、肝脏生化指标及抗氧化指标的影响

摘  要:(目的)本研究旨在通过测定AA肉仔鸡生长性能、肝脏生化指标及抗氧化指标,以检测葡甘露聚糖对黄曲霉毒素B,(AFB,)的吸附解毒效果。(方法)选用1日龄、180只体重相近的肉仔鸡随机分成3组,分别为基础日粮组、基础日粮+0.1mg/kgAFB,组和基础日粮+0.1mg/kgAFB1+0.1%葡甘露聚糖组,试验期42d。(结果)试验结果表明,在基础日粮中加入0.1mg/kgAFB,严重影响试验鸡生长性能,肉仔鸡的平均日增重、平均日采食量较对照组分别显著降低了8.00%(P〈0.05)、4.97%(P〈0.05),料重比则高于对照组3.27%(P〈0.05),同时添加0.1%葡甘露聚糖可较AFB,组均有所恢复,基本达到正常水平。AFB,组的琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性和胆碱酯酶(CHE)活性显著低于对照组21.88%(P〈0.05)、12.37%(P〈0.05),AFB1+葡甘露聚糖组与对照组无显著差异(P〉0.05)。AFB1组和葡甘露聚糖组碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性与对照组无显著差异(P〉0.05)。与对照组相比,AFB,组肝脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均有显著降低,分别为14.72%(P〈0.05)、12.77%(P〈0.05),过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性也有所降低(P〉0.05),肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量升高(P〉0.05)。AFB,+葡甘露聚糖组与AFB。组相比,肝脏超氧化物歧化酶活性和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性均有所升高(P〈O.05),分别为14.19%(P〈0.05)和14.35%(P〈0.05);肝脏丙二醛含量降低(P〉0.05)。葡甘露聚糖组上述肝脏抗氧化指标与对照组无显著差异(P〉0.05)。(结论)由此可知,葡甘露聚糖减轻或基本消除AFB,对肉仔鸡生长性能及肝脏组织的不良影响。(Objective) The experiment was conducted to determine the effects of glucomannan on growth performance and hepatic pathological observation of broilers which were fed diets contai-ning aflatoxin B1. (Method)One hundred and eighty 1-day-old broiler chickens were randomly divided into 3 groups : basal diet group, basal diet+0.1 mg/kg aflatoxin B1 group, basal diet+0.1 mg/kg aflatoxin B1 +0.1% glucomannan group.The experiment lasted for 42 days. (Result)The re- suits showed that growh performance of broilers fed 0.1 mg/kg AFB1 was affected: ADG and ADFI significantly decreased 8.00% (P〈0.05) ,4.97% ( P〈0.05), while F/G was increaed 3.27%( P〈 0.05 ). In AFB~ group, the activities of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and cholinesterase (CHE) were significantly decreased 21.88% ( P〈0.05 ) and 12.37% ( P 〈0.05 ), the activities of alkaline phosphatase ( AKP ) was significantly increased ( P 〉 0.05 ), comparated with control group.There was no diffence in the activities of SDH and CHE beween glucomannan group and control group.There was a significant decrease in the activities of glutathione peroxidase (GSH- Px) 14.72% ( P 〈0.05) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) 12.77% ( P〈0.05), and decrease in the activitiesof catalase (CAT), and increase in the content of malondialdehyde (P 〉0.05)on 42d in AFB1 group, comparated with control group.Compared with AFB1 group, the activity SOD and GSH-Px significantly increased 14.19% ( P 〈0.05 ) and 14.35% (P〈0.05) in livers in gluco- mannan group ( P 〈 0.05 ), maleic dialdehyde ( MDA ) concentration significantly decreased ( P 〈 0. 05). However, there was no difference in antioxidant indexs in liver beween glucomannan group and control group. ( Conclusion ) It suggested that glucomannan could avoid or alleviate growth performance and liver tissues in broilers from the damage of aflatoxin B1.
