平静心境量表在大学生中的试测

摘　　要：目的:编制平静心境量表(IPSS)用于测量大学生的内心平静水平,并检验其效度和信度。方法:结合文献、访谈和半开放式问卷形成初测平静心境量表,以355名本科生与研究生为被试,进行初测问卷测查,完成条目分析和探索性因子分析。另选取336名本科生与研究生进行正式量表测查,完成验证性因子分析并对量表进行内部一致性信度、效标效度检验。以简式简明心境量表(POMS-SF)、安适幸福感量表(POM)、幸福感指数量表(IWB)、五因素正念度量表(FFMQ)和简式生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)为效标。选取32名被试1个月以后进行重测。结果:探索性因子分析表明,IPSS为7个条目的单一维度量表;验证性因子分析接受这一模型(χ~2/df=1.34,NFI=0.99,IFI=0.99,TLI=0.99,CFI=0.99,RM SEA=0.03);IPSS得分与POM S-SF总分及抑郁-沮丧、愤怒-敌意、疲乏-迟钝、紧张-焦虑、迷惑-混乱维度得分均呈负相关(r=-0.62^-0.22,均P<0.001);而与POM、IWB、FFM Q及WHOQOL-BREF的生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域、环境领域得分呈正相关(r=0.29~0.59,均P<0.001)。量表的内部一致性Cronbachα系数为0.89,重测信度(r)为0.71。结论:本研究编制的平静心境量表有较好的效度和信度,可以作为测量内心平静的工具进行进一步的检验与完善。Objective：To develop the Inner Peace State Scale（IPSS） and test its validity and reliability in college students.Methods：Based on literature review,case study and semi-open questionnaire,an initial survey and a formal scale of IPSS were developed.Three hundreds and fifty-five bachelors and masters were recruited.Item a—nalysis and exploratory factor analysis were used to explore the structure determine the construct model.Furthermore,336 students were recruited to conduct the formal survey.Finally,32 students were recruited to take part in the second test.The Profile of Mood States-Short Form（POMS-SF）,Peace of Mind（POM）,Index of Well-Being（IWB）,Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire（FFMQ）,and WHOQOL-BREF were selected as criterion to test the re-test reliability.Results：The results of exploratory factor analysis indicated IPSS was identified as single dimension with 7 items.The results of confirmatory factor analysis indicated the model was accepted（χ^2/df= 1.34,NFI=0.99,IFI=0.99,TLI =0.99,CFI =0.99,RMSEA =0.03）.The results of exploratory factor analysis indicated IPSS was identified as single dimension with 7 items.The results of confirmatory factor analysis indicated the model was accepted（χ^2/df = 1.34,NFI = 0.99,IFI = 0.99,TLI = 0.99,CFI = 0.99,RMSEA = 0.03）.The IPSS scores were negatively correlated with the POMS score and the scores of its sub-scales of depression-frustration,anger-hostility,fatigue-obtuse,nervous-dysphoria,confuse-chaos（r =-0.62--0.22,Ps〈0.001）.Instead,the IPSS scores were positively correlated with the scores of POM,FFMQ and WHOQOL-BREF（in the area of physiology psychology,sociology and environment）（r =0.29-0.59,Ps〈0.001）.The Cronbach α coefficient was 0.89 for the IPSS,and the retest reliability was 0.71.Conclusion：It suggests that the Inner Peace State Scale（IPSS） has good validity and reliability in undergraduate.The IPSS could be an effective tool for measuring the individuals＇ inner peace level,and needs the further examina
