校企合作“四步曲”教学模式在护生实习前强化训练中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评价校企合作"四步曲"教学模式在护生实习前强化训练中的应用效果。方法:选择我院2013级114名护理专科生,以班级为单位分为实验组和对照组,每组各57人。在实习前强化训练中,实验组采用见习-技能训练-情景演练-实战操作"四步曲"的校企合作教学模式,对照组采用传统实习前强化训练模式。以临床客观结构式考核(OSCE)成绩、自主学习能力测评量表比较两组护生实习前强化训练效果;调查实验组护生对校企合作"四步曲"教学模式的评价。结果:实验组OSCE的成绩、自主学习能力测评得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。78.9%的护生希望校企合作"四步曲"实习前强化训练的模式继续沿用。结论:校企合作"四步曲"教学模式应用于实习前强化训练中的效果良好,值得推广使用。Objective： To evaluate the e＇ffects of nursing students pre-internship training with the model of cooperation between hospitals and university. Methods： Totally 114 students were collected, then based on class unit, they were randomized into the experimental group and the control group with 57 students each. The experimental group accepted pre-internship training with the model of cooperation between hospitals and university which include four steps observations, skill training, scenarios, and practicals; and the control group accepted traditional pre-internship training. The two groups were evaluated by Objective Structured Clinical Examination （OSCE） and the score of self-directed learning ability. Besides, the experimental group had a questionnaire survey of cognitive evaluation for the new ＂four steps＂ preinternship training. Results： There were significant differences on the score of self-directed learning ability and the OSCE grade between the two groups. 78.9% of the students in the experimental group hoped that cooperation between hospitals and university in pre-internship training would be continued. Conclusion： Cooperation between hospitals and university in pre-internship training is worthy of being popularized and applied.
