摘 要:目的:了解重庆市垫江地区农村6岁以下儿童营养健康状况和存在的主要问题,并为提出改善儿童营养状况的措施提供依据。方法:按照随机整群抽样的方法,随机抽取6岁以下儿童进行基本情况、家庭情况、营养膳食等问卷调查。结果:重庆市垫江地区6岁以下儿童摄入营养基本均衡,营养搭配知识有待进一步提高;看护人育儿知识水平有限,相关营养搭配知识的了解程度有待提高;儿童膳食以米面类为主,另外摄入频率较高的是肉类、蔬菜类、水果、蛋类、豆制品,而牛羊奶或奶制品、鱼虾类、肝类摄入频率较低。结论:进一步加强农村儿童营养膳食搭配、推广科学育儿知识,是重庆市垫江地区下一步儿童工作的重点。【Objective】To understand nutrition and health status and main problems among Chongqing rural children under the age of six and provide basis for puting forward measures to improve the children's nutritional status. 【Method】According to the random cluster sampling method,we randomly selected children under the age of six to survey basic situation,family situation,nutritional meals questionnaire etc.【Result】In Chongqing area,children under the age of six basic had balanced intake of nutrition,nutritional knowledge remained to be further improved. Knowledge level of caregivers parenting was limited. Children's diet was given priority to with rice flour classes,additional intake of high frequency was meat,vegetables,fruits,eggs,soy products,Niu Yang Nai or dairy products,fish and shrimp,liver intake of low frequency. 【Conclusion】Children under the age of six in Chongqing area had better nutrition and health condition but caregivers parenting knowledge level was limited,related to a higher level of nutritional knowledge,thus to further strengthen rural children's nutrition dietary collocation and promote scientific educational knowledge was the focus of the children in Chongqing area.
