摘  要:目前,许多高校未能满足大学生对创新指导服务强烈的需求。高校创业指导服务供需之间矛盾问题有待解决。学校开展创业指导的吸引力不够,导致许多学生对学校提供创业服务项目不太了解。高职高专学生对创业指导服务认识以及被指导的概率都高于985、211类型高校。同时,高职高专学生对创业实践指导服务表现出强烈的需求。办学层次越高,越多学生认为不太需要创业实践指导服务。从学生、创业实践、创业导师和高校四个方面构建激励机制,完善高校大学创业实践指导体系。针对不同类型高校大学生的心态和预期,开展差异化、针对性的大学生创业实践指导工作,有利于提升高校创业服务的指导水平。The university will not be able to meet the demand of college students strongly for the innovation guidance services, the contradiction between supply and demand of entrepreneurial guidance services problems to be solved. Due to the school to carry out the teaching entrepreneurship not attractive enough, leading to many students don't know much about providing business services to the school. Understanding of entrepreneurial guidance services for vocational college students and to guide the probability is higher than 985, 211 types of colleges and universities. Higher vocational college students to entrepreneurship practice guidance services of the highest demand, the higher the educational level, the more students think do not need to be entrepreneurial practice guidance services. Relying on colleges and universities, students, business practices, mentors and common building incentive mechanism, improving the college entrepreneurship practice guidance system. According to different types of college students mental health and expectations, differentiation, targeted college students entrepreneurship practice guidance work, is helpful to improve the guidance of the university innovation service
