摘　　要：笔者主要介绍了氮化硅陶瓷轴承球具有的优点和特性,并介绍了其应用领域及范围。通过对氮化硅陶瓷材料性能的对比分析,确定其生产加工工艺,最终生产出高于G5级标准要求的氮化硅陶瓷球。This paper mainly introduces the advantages and properties of silicon nitride rolling balls, and presented the applications fields. The processing technique was settled by comparison of the material properties of Silicon Nitride. In this way, balls graded over G5,were processed.
