摘 要:采用自编《高校魅力型教师特质结构问卷》对30所高校的1 547名在校大学生进行问卷调查,结果发现:大学生对魅力型教师特质的要求存在显著的学校差异。具体表现为:在资格因子上,被试学历对教师资格与魅力型教师的关系存在显著的负向预测作用;在性格因子上,学校地域能够加强被试学历与性格因子之间的负向预测作用;学校类型对高校魅力型教师品格因子得分的均值差异具有显著的负向预测作用;在资格因子上,学校类型能够加强被试性别与资格因子之间正向预测作用;在才能因子上,学校地域能够加强被试专业与魅力型教师才能因子之间正向预测作用。A survey was conducted using a self-designed questionnaire on Colleges Teachers' charismatic qualities among 1547 students randomly selected from 30 Universities.The results indicate that a significant inter-school difference exists among students' in their ideas of the traits charismatic teachers.Specifically,the educational levels of the subjects have a negative predictive effect on the qualification and charismatic qualities of teachers; regional locations of schools can strengthen the negative predictive effect of the educational levels of the personality of teachers; the types of school can have a significant negative predictive effect on the mean scores of the personality of charismatic teachers; the regional location of schools can positively strengthen the predictive effect of the specialties of the subjects on the talents of charismatic teachers.
