摘　　要：学分制的推行必将带来一系列的教学管理制度的改革,如何建立一套适应学分制的教学管理制度是学分制是否能真正发挥效用的关键。通过学分制推行中的问题及成因分析,提出一系列管理制度改革与创新的对策,对高校教学管理改革具有一定的现实意义。从教学管理的实践出发,映证或修正现有教学管理制度,解决学分制推进过程中的操作性难题。The implementation of the academic credit system is sure to result in a series of reform in the teaching management system because the reform in the teaching management system is a key condition for the academic system to play its part.Based on an analysis on the problems and their contributing factors,a set of measures for reforming and innovating the management system are proposed,in the hope of dissolving the operational problems in the process of implementing the academic credit system.
