摘　　要：大学是充满灵性的有机体,灵性是大学创造的源泉动力,是大学存在的有机基础,是大学智慧的丰满场域。灵性教育是大学教育目标的最高境界,发展人的灵性是大学教育的本真价值选择。构建充满灵性的大学共同体,须制定灵性教育方案,开展灵性教学科研,打造文化管理团队,创建优雅校园环境。University is an organism full of spirituality..Spirituality is not only the motive force about the creation of the universities, the organic base about the existence of the universities, but also the full field about the wisdom of the universities. Spiritual education is the highest level of the goal of university education, the development of students spirituality is the true value choice of university education. To build a university community full of spirituality, we must develop spiritual education programs, develop spiritual teaching and scientific research, build culture management teams, and create elegant campus environment.
