脱细胞牛心包补片在结膜囊成形术中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨脱细胞牛心包组织补片在结膜囊成形术中的临床效果。方法选取2010年6月至2015年5月我院收治的32例（32眼）义眼台植入术后结膜囊狭窄患者,应用脱细胞牛心包进行结膜囊成形术。所有患者局部浸润麻醉后分离去除结膜瘢痕组织,使用脱细胞牛心包组织补片修补结膜缺损区形成结膜囊,放入眼模加压包扎1周。随访观察6~12个月,平均10个月。结果 32例（32眼）均获得良好效果。术后1周植片可见上皮生长,术后1个月植片色泽红润,术后3个月植片呈正常结膜色泽外观,无感染、坏死或排斥反应等发生。配戴义眼片后患眼外形良好。结论采用脱细胞牛心包生物补片进行结膜囊成形术取材方便,手术安全,疗效可靠。Objective To study the clinical effects of medical bovine pericardium patch in the treatment of conjunctival sac narrow. Methods Thirty-two cases（ 32 eyes） with conjunctival sac narrow after orbital implantation were treated with allograft acellular dermal matrix in our hospital form June 2010 to May 2015. The local infiltration anesthesia with ropivacaine was performed in all cases. After removed conjunctival scar tissue,the acellular dermal matrix was transplanted to conjunctival coloboma,then eye mode was enchased and bandaged with compression for 1 week. Follow-up ranged from 6 months to 12 months（ averaged 10 months）. Results Thirty-two cases all got satisfied clinical effect. Medical bovine pericardium emerged the normal color and outward appearance of conjunctiva at postoperative 6 months. No infection necrosis or exclusion appeared,and good cosmetic effects were achieved after artificial eyes used. Conclusion The medical bovine pericardium is convenient and safe on the conjunctiva sac rebuild in the cases of conjunctival sac narrow,and the curative effects are reliable.
