摘　　要：杭州城中村改造的"文化创意产业村"模式研究,有助于认知杭州城中村改造与文化创意产业共生发展的现状。本文架构"文化创意产业村"发展中的政府、企业、村民三类主体间博弈关系,梳理三者间存在的问题,基于公众参与的角度,从社会学视角下提出相应的文化创意产业村改造策略。The paper is the research on a patern of the city vilage reconstruction, which is to create the cultural and creative industry vilage. It helps to recognize that the city vilage reconstruction in Hangzhou and cultural and creative industry are symbiotic development. The paper focused on the game relationship of three main parts in the development of cultural and creative industry vilage, which are government, enterprises, and vilagers. The paper sorts out existing problems and put forward coresponding reconstruction strategies of cultural and creative industries vilage based on the perspective of public participation.
