补气行气活血润肠法对慢传输型便秘的动力学研究

摘　　要：目的:评价补气行气活血润肠法治疗慢传输型便秘的动力学的疗效及安全性。方法:收集2011年1月至2016年6月我院便秘专科门诊及住院部慢传输型便秘年龄在15-70岁符合纳入标准及排除标准的患者102例,将他们随机分为3组,其中中药汤剂组35例、麻仁丸组34例和西药组33例。结果:中药汤剂组总有效率为:93.92%,麻仁丸组为:55.82%,西药组为:56.35%。3组比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:补气行气活血润肠法治疗慢传输型便秘具有安全性,有效性。Objective：To evaluate the safety and efficacy of the tonifying qi,promoting the circulation of qi, promoting blood and moiten the intestines therapies of STC. Methods：102 patients of STC in our hospital from Jan,2011 to Jun,TCM soup group,Maren Wan group and Cisapride group. Results：The results showed that TCM soup group（the total effective rate was 93.92%）are superior than that Maren wan group（55.82%） and Cisapride group（56.35%）（p〈0.05）. Conclusion：It is a safe,efficacy stable method to therapies with the tonifying qi,promoting the circulation of qi, promoting blood and moiten the intestines.
