摘　　要：核心竞争力是实现开放大学可持续发展的关键。本文首先阐述了开放大学核心竞争力的内涵,然后引入波特五力模型研究了开放大学核心竞争力态势,并分析了开放大学在当前竞争环境中的机遇与挑战,最后得出提升开放大学核心竞争力的启示性建议。The core competence is the key to realize the sustainable development of the Open University. At first, this paper ex- pounds the connotation of the core competence of the Open University, and then studies the core competence of the Open University by introducing Michael Poter＇s Five Forces Model, and analyzes the opportunities and challenges of the Open University in the current com- petitive environment, finally puts forth some enlightening advice to promote the core competence of Open University.
