摘  要:目的:探讨δ-三烯生育酚对鼻咽癌裸鼠移植瘤生长的影响。方法:裸鼠右前肢皮下接种鼻咽癌5-8F细胞,从接种细胞的第2天开始,每天腹腔注射δ-三烯生育酚,连续给药40 d。实验设对照组给等量溶剂(0剂量组);低剂量组(50 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)δ-三烯生育酚);高剂量组(150 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)δ-三烯生育酚)。结果:δ-三烯生育酚抑制鼻咽癌移植瘤生长,高剂量组移植瘤重量(0.35±0.05)g低于低剂量组(1.01±0.23)g与对照组(1.96±0.26)g,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:δ-三烯生育酚能抑制鼻咽癌裸鼠移植瘤的生长,是一种潜在的抗鼻咽癌天然产物。Objective: To investigate the effects of delta-tocotrienol on in nude mice. Methods: Nasopharyngeal carcinoma 5-8F cells were forelimb of nude mice, from the 2nd day after cells transp nasopharyngeal carcinoma xenografts seeded subcutaneously into the fight lanting, delta-tocotrienol was daily intraperitoneally injected for 40 days. The experiment was designed 3 groups, control group was given the same amount of solvent (0 dose group), low dose group was 50 mg· kg^-1· d^-1 deha-tocotrienol, high dose group was 150 mg· kg^-1· d^-1 delta-tocotrienol. Results: Delta-tocotrienol inhibited growth of nasopharyngeal carcinoma xenografts,the transplanted tumor weight was (0.35 ± 0.05)g in the high dose group, lower than (1.01 ± 0.23) g in the low dose group and (1.96 ±0.26)g in the control group, the differences werestatistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Deha-tocotrienol can inhibit the growth of nasopharyngeal carcinoma xenografts in nude mice, and it is a potential anti-nasopharyngeal carcinoma natural product.
