前房维持器下超声乳化联合小梁切除术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨前房维持器下白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术联合巩膜隧道内小梁切除术在治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效。方法:我院眼科56例闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者,在前房维持器下行白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术联合巩膜隧道内小梁切除术,观察手术后患者视力、眼压、前房深度变化及滤过泡形成、并发症的发生。结果:白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术联合巩膜隧道内小梁切除术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障术后,患者视力提高、眼压能控制于正常水平、前房加深、滤过泡形成良好。结论:前房维持器下白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术联合巩膜隧道内小梁切除术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障,术后患者眼压控制好、视力提高、滤过泡形成良好、并发症少,疗效肯定。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy under anterior chamber maintainer on the primary angle-closure glaucoma with cataract. Methods： 56 patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma with cataract underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy under anterior chamber maintainer, the visual acuity, intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth change, filtering bleb formation and occurrence of complications after surgery of the patients were observed. Results： After surgeries, the vision of patients improved, intraocular pressure could be controlled to the normal level, anterior chamber deepened, and the filtering bleb formed well. Conclusion： Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy under anterior chamber maintainer is effective in treating primary angle-closure glaucoma with cataract. The postoperative intraocular pressure is well under control, the vision can formed and fewer complications have been found. be improved, the filtering bleb has been well
