摘 要:由电力电子模块化组件构成的变流器是实现分布式电力系统的各个组网之间接口功能的理想解决方案,而模块化标准化的软、硬件设计是其关键技术难点。针对该技术难点,系统地总结了各种模块化变流器的拓扑,设计了一种适用于高压大容量场合的三电平H桥结构的电力电子模块化组件,其构建的变流器可完成高压直流输配电的相关能量接口功能。同时提出了与该组件相匹配的标准化分布式分层控制器结构,使得该组件和控制器具备较大的灵活性。最后利用组件构建了MW级变流器实验样机,进行了带载实验。实验结果表明,稳态满载实验输出电压纹波<3.5%,动态加减载实验中电压波动<14%,恢复时间<13 ms。因此该设计组件和相关的分层控制器能够构建大容量变流器并实现其相关功能。The power electronic building block(PEBB)-based converter is the ideal solution for interfacing different portions of the network in power distribution systems. Standardization of the hardware and software was the key technology for PEBB. Therefore, we systematically summarized various kinds of topologies of the PEBB. Considering the high voltage and high capacity application, we designed a three-level H-bridge PEBB, and the converter built by the three-level H-bridge PEBB could realize the energy interface of the DC high-voltage transmission and distribution network. Meanwhile, we put forward a universal distributed multilayer control architecture. Therefore, the PEBB with this standardization controller had the ultimate flexibility. A megawatt experimental prototype was made with this PEBB, and some dynamic and static experiments were perforemed. The results indicated that the output voltage ripple is less than 3.5%, the dynamic voltage fluctuation is less than 14%, and the recovery time is less than 13 ms. Therefore, the designed PEBB and the multilayer controller can build large capacity converter, and the related functions were also achieved at last.
