摘 要:为了分析在线运行状态下变压器绕组固有频率的分布特性和在线识别绕组轴向压紧状态,根据圆环电流空间磁场分布,建立了大型变压器漏磁场的解析模型,分析了绕组安培力分布情况;然后对绕组每层线饼作静力分析,考虑预紧力、自身重力和轴向安培力稳定分量对变压器绕组固有频率的影响,分析了负载状态下绕组固有频率的分布特征;最后给出轴向安培力交流分量作用下变压器绕组的轴向受迫振动反应和由振动产生的动生电动势的成分。研究结果表明,轴向安培力稳定分量作用下变压器绕组固有频率分布特征为:绕组两端线饼的固有频率减小、绕组中部线饼的固有频率增大。在变压器绕组100 Hz的轴向振动与50 Hz的漏磁场作用下将产生阻碍磁通变化的150 Hz和50 Hz分量的动生电动势。In order to analyze the distribution characteristics of the natural frequency of the transformer winding and to identify the axial compression state of the transformer winding compression state online, we established the transformer winding leakage field model, and analyzed the ampere force distribution of transformer windings based on the circular current spatial magnetic field distribution. Then, we proposed static-force analysis of line cake, considering the influences of the preload, gravity, and Ampere force axial components on the transformer windings natural frequency. Finally, we analyzed the dynamics response and the motional electromotive force of transformer winding introduced by the electromagnetic force. The results show that the natural frequency of the transformer winding has the following characteristics: under the action of axial ampere force stability, the natural frequency of central windings increases and the natural frequency of windings at both end sides reduces. The interaction of axial vibration (100 Hz) of transformer winding and leakage magnetic field (50 Hz) can produce motional electromotive force with frequency of 150 Hz and 50 Hz which will hinder the flux change.
