摘　　要：随着高校毕业生就业人数逐年增加,就业形势日趋严峻,作为高等教育的重要组成部分之一,应用型本科院校毕业生就业状况直接影响着高等教育的整体发展水平。就业预警是对应用型本科院校的招生状况、培养质量及市场需求信息的及时获取、整理和甄别,构建合理的招生、培养和就业一体化的就业预警机制,对促进应用型本科院校优化招生结构,推动教育教学改革,实现毕业生充分就业,促进应用型本科院的可持续发展具有重要意义。With the number of college graduates increasing year by year, employment situation is getting more and more serious. And the employment situation of application-oriented undergraduate colleges, as one of important parts of higher education, directly influences the development of higher education as a whole. The employment alert means the timely acquisition, sorting and screening of enrollment status, cultivating quality and market demand information. To construct the reasonable enrollment-cultivation-employment integrative alert mechanism will be of great significance to promote the optimizing enrollment structure of application-oriented undergraduate colleges, pushing the reforms of education and teaching, realizing the full employment of graduates and boosting the sustainable development of application-oriented undergraduate universities.
