摘　　要：文章对故障树分析技术在雷达故障诊断中的应用进行了研究。首先介绍了故障树的基本概念和原理,然后以某型雷达为例建造了其固态激励源的故障树,并对其进行了定性和定量分析。研究表明,故障树分析法可以帮助雷达维修人员完成雷达故障的定位和维修,并加深对系统故障现象和故障原因之间联系的理解。The application of fault tree analysis in radar fault diagnosis is studied in this paper.Firstly,the basic concept and principle of fault tree are introduced,and then the fault tree is built by using a type of radar as an example.Research shows that fault tree analysis method can help radar maintenance personnel to complete the radar fault location and maintenance,and to deepen the understanding of system failure and fault causes.
